• In the event of a disaster, disaster managers are also responsible for ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible. They work with communities and local organisations to ensure that everyone knows about the plan and can follow it in the event of a disaster.

• If a grant is approved, report on the progress of the plan and the project so that it can be implemented effectively.
